day 3 KL – i bought weird toe socks

or: so this is what no shame looks like!

Yesterday I bought weird half socks mostly for the weird value, but also because they were only a dollar and so shiny!

They’re hard to explain. They’re like a little crop top for your feet. They’re weird and kinda ugly and I thought they were a bit of a laff.

And then I took them home and tried them on.

Reader: I love them.

I love how comfy they make wearing flip flops. I love the relief they bring to the exquisite part between my big toe and the second toe (does the second toe have a name? A question for another blog, perhaps). I even love how they look.

And then today I went to the same store and bought a bunch more, in different colours and shapes.

I’m not gonna lie: I’m going back tomorrow to buy the rest of the stock. These have transformed my life

I don’t know who I am anymore, and I don’t hate it.

PS: here are some things I ate today. Just like OG facebook.
